Originally from Pavia- Italy, Gian Luca has been travelling all around the world and gained experiences in places like the Dorchester in London, Principe di Savoia in Milan and Grand Hotel di Rimini, where Federico Fellini used to live.

After 3 years in Beijing managing Ristorante Sadler, he teamed up with Umberto Bombana in Shanghai, to help reaching the success in Mainland China started in Hong Kong.
