Chef Remo Capitaneo, of 2 Michelin Star Devero Restaurant by Enrico Bartolini, and Chef Riccardo La Perna present on May 29thin Shanghai a 4-hand menu. The unique 6-course culinary journey includes signature dishes from both restaurants, exceptionally available at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai only for one evening.
The Philosophy of Enrico Bartolini and Devero Restaurant is “Contemporary Classic”: being balanced, drawing from the classic haute cuisine and moving forward with innovation. This is what Chef Remo Capitaneo will be showcasing in Shanghai.
Chef Remo Capitaneo has worked in many of the top Italian restaurants: he was with Andrea Berton for the opening of Trussardi alla Scala, where he stayed until the achievement of the second Michelin star, in 2008. In April 2009 he joined Enrico Crippa at the Piazza Duomo that also achieved 2 Michelin Stars and since 2010 he started his cooperation with Chef Enrico Bartolini as Sous Chef of the Devero Ristorante in Cavenago Brianza, Milan.
The other two hands at the helm of the kitchen on May 29th belong to talented chef Riccardo La Perna, of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai, presenting some of his most acclaimed dishes: ingredient-centered,essential and refined.
