15th March, Lombardy Regional Brunch

Starting from March 15th the 8 ½ regional brunch moves to Lombardy!    

Lombardy is the 4th Italian region by size and, with Milan as its capital, one of the most important centers in north of Italy. The main characteristics of Lombardy cuisine are the long cooking processes, such as stewing and braising, the use of polenta (rather than bread), rice and fresh stuffed pastas (rather than dried durum wheat pasta) and the use of butter and lard (rather than olive oil). Many of the ingredients are simple, coming from the popular cuisine tradition, but the dishes are still rich also due to the cold climate.

The regional Brunch will be available every Sunday from 11:30am to 3pm.

4-course set menu at RMB 458+10% including coffee or tea, kids menu also available at RMB 138+10% (complimentary for kids below 6 years of age).

The 8 ½ team of sommeliers and bartenders also recommends a selection of wines by glass and bottle or cocktails at a promotional price.
