Our 3-Michelin Star Chef Umberto Bombana will be in Shanghai on March 12th!

Chef Bombana will host a traditional aperitivo at the Bar, to greet the Shanghai guests and celebrate the third anniversary of Shanghai’s 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA.

Then he will present an exclusive one-night menu with Black Truffle delicacies and more outstanding dishes!

Dinner Set Menu RMB1688+10%per person including a complimentary aperitivo with cocktails and wine at the bar!

 

The aperitivo is also open to all guests and foodies who just want to meet and greet Chef Bombana!
