Starting from January 1st, a new seasonal delicacy arrives at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA: the Black Périgord Truffle.

This kind of black truffle comes from the Périgord region in France and it is the most precious kind of black truffle with subtle earthy aromas.

Chef La Perna has created a classic degustation menu including seasonal ingredients and two black truffle courses!
