After Celebrating in Hong Kong the confirmed Three Michelin Stars, Chef Umberto Bombana will be at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai from the 19th to the 23rd of November to prepare a special White Truffle Menu together with Chef La Perna and greet his Shanghai guests!

 

The 5-course White Truffle menu includes the most classic combinations of Egg Confit with fresh Alba White Truffle, Homemade Tagliolini, Mayura Beef Tenderloin and a preview of the Christmas Panettone combined with Alba White Truffle ice-cream! Menu price is RMB 2380+10% per person.

 

Moreover, Chef Bombana will also present, together with Giorgio Rivetti, the “La Spinetta” Wine Dinner, a pairing of great Piedmont wines with the refined cuisine of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA.
