“Tuber Magnatum Pico” White Truffle is one of the rarest and most precious delicacies in the gourmet world, coming from Alba and available only for a short season, generally across the months of October, November and December.

8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA introduces this delicacy to the Shanghai public for the third year in a row by creating an exclusive menu designed to highlight the exceptional ingredient: starting from October 17^th!

The tasting menu features two white truffle dishes together with some classics of the restaurant (RMB1988+10% per person), the white truffle dishes are also available A la Carte.

White Truffle will be also available for Brunch! A special Brunch Set Menu (RMB988+10% per person, including 2 white truffle dishes) will be available starting from Sunday October 19th, alongside the usual 8 1/2 Brunch Set Menu.
