The first Alba White Truffles for this year have reached Shanghai exclusively for 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA.

Enjoy the first taste of truffle season with Chef Riccardo La Perna’s delicate dishes. A special Menu selection has been created to highlight the aromas of the white truffle, all freshly shaved in front of the guests!
