Mr. Daniel Donati was be here in Shanghai to introduce this Tuscan winery and its wonderful products, all paired with dishes especially designed by Executive Chef Alan Yu including Homemade Tagliolini with Rougie duck ragout and Iberico Pork Loin & Cheeks braised in truffle jus & Grand Veneur sauce.
