On Monday, June 18th together with Mr. Michele Jermann and Mr Clementin, CEO of the winery, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA will be hosting the “Jermann Wine Dinner”, showcasing some of the highest quality and most award-winning white wines of Italy including W… Dreams 2002, Vintage Tunina 2006, Pinot Noir Red Angel 2006.

Homemade Cavatelli with Seafood Ragout is one of the signature dishes from 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA both in Hong Kong and in Shanghai. 
 
Created by Chef Silvio Armanni, after he had arrived in Hong Kong as a young chef and trained there for a year, it’s a dish that caught maestro chef Bombana’s attention and now, skillfully recreated in our kitchen every day, it’s becoming an all time favorite! It is now available as a special and as part of the degustation menu in Shanghai!

Ornellaia: Quintessence in a glass

Coming to enrich the selection of wines by the glass is Tenuta dell’Ornellaia, Tuscany, 2007. This is a Super Tuscan with an Italian identity, a wine made with international grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc) that has reached the quality standards of the most acclaimed French Bordeaux wines. The 2007 is a vintage of elegance and finesse with remarkable length, it was awarded 97 points by Wine Spectator and is now available both by the glass and by the bottle at the Restaurant!
