For this intriguing tasting event Giovanni Oliva, representative of Umberto Cesari, introduced us to all the secrets behind the IWSC Italian winery of the year: the personal stories and all the details of this special family from Emilia Romagna, a region famous for luxury brands such as Ferrari, Ducati, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani etc, but still with much unexploited potential when it comes to wines and grapes, especially Sangiovese.

Afterwards, the tasting of wines such as Moma and Tauleto with their unique character and elegance, amongst the most representative labels from this winery, all accompanied by special canapés designed by executive chef Alan Yu.
