Tedeschi Wine Dinner

On Friday, April 27th 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA together with Ms. Sabrina Tedeschi, owner and heir of the Tedeschi winery, hosted a unique Wine Dinner introducing a prime selection of the Tedeschi wines, paired with signature dishes by chef Alan Yu.
Since 1824 and over the generations, the Tedeschi Family has handed down and refined its winemaking techniques, while maintaining the values of this historic Valpolicella estate: authentic family flavors, and the qualitative standards of a cutting-edge company.
Because of this, every Tedeschi wine displays authentic character and personality that remain true over time thanks to the raw materials: the grapes. These features shine for example in the Amarone Capitel Monte 2006 and the Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore 2008, also part of the Wine Dinner tasting selection.
