8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana and CWS are proud to host Mr Raffaele Cani, director of the Santadi Winery from Sardinia, for a unique wine dinner.

Santadi started in 1960 as a cooperative and started from the mid-70s to move towards a more quality-focused production. It is located in the small medieval town of Santadi, enjoying a beautiful variety of landscape and terroir and has developed the local grape varieties of Carignano and Vermentino with traditional cultivation methods, making it one of the most representative wineries in the Island.
