CelestinoGaspari established ZYME in 1999.  He started his experience with vines and vineyards at the age of 7.  At 20, he formally joined the industry when he met a man who changed his life, Mr. Giuseppe Quintarelli, who turned out to be his father-in-law. He learned from his father-in-law, not only the basics in winemaking, but the true meaning of uncompromised longing for quality.

Celestino believes in these values: Culture that respect the origin, history and tradition of it’s local area, Research to reach the cleanest simplicity, cutting away all that is superfluous, and finally attains the status of Transparent.

This extremely traditional yet revolutionary spirit has led to the birth of some of the wines that are among this winery’s most iconic.
