For the second year in a row 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA hosts the Chifan for Charity dinner, this year with 10,000 RMB donated to Shanghai Yong Bakers, Educating Gils of Rural China and Heart to Heart Shanghai, the three project beneficiary of this year’s initiative.
