8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai Welcomes New Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna

This spring, three Michelin Star Maestro Chef Umberto Bombana has been joined by talented Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna at the helm of the 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai kitchen.

Hailing from Sicily, Chef Riccardo comes with a baggage of impressive cooperations with top Michelin-starred chefs such as Ciccio Sultano, an artist of the Sicilian cuisine, and Claudio Sadler for whom he worked both in Milan and in Beijing, together with important experiences in 5 star hotels and prestigious fine dining restaurants in Italy and abroad.

Chef Riccardo now delivers a new A la carte menu, revisited through his vision and sensitivity for outstanding Italian flavors, and a Creative Sicilian Degustation Menu.
