October 10th Château Prieuré-Lichine Wine Dinner

On October 10th Ms Lise Latrille, General Manager of the Château Prieuré-Lichine , was here to personally host an outstanding wine dinner.

To accompany the Château Prieuré-Lichine wines, since 1855 graded amongst the best Bordeaux as a 4th classified growth, a great pairing was designed by Chef Alan Yu and Sommelier Gian Luca Fusetto, including new dishes such as homemade pumpkin ravioli with sage, walnuts and Gorgonzola foam, and Iberico pork loin and cheek, braised in truffle jus.
