On Saturday, May 26^th we welcomed Mr. Roberto Barbato, representative of “Contadi Castaldi” for an unforgettable Sparkling Wine Dinner at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana.

Franciacorta is a region of verdant hills, famous in Italy and abroad for the production of sparkling wines of elegance, freshness and distinctive local qualities.

 Headed by founder Vittorio Moretti, Contadi Castaldi opened in Franciacorta in 1987 and now features beautiful products such as the Satèn, a sparkling wine with a soft palate approach and a delicate perlage.

 For this evening of soft bubbles and delicate flavors we presented a new cocktail creation by Mixologist Dario Gentile and a 4 course menu with sparkling wine pairing especially designed by Chef Alan Yu and Sommelier Gian Luca Fusetto.
