On Monday, May 14^th 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana presented an unforgettable Wine Dinner during which Ms Gaia Gaja, owner of the Gaja winery, together with Chef Umberto Bombana, lead our guests into the world of Italy’s most refined flavours.

The Gaja winery was founded in 1859 and has been owned and operated by the family over four generations, it is undoubtedly the most distinguished producer of award winning wines in Piedmont today.

 Gaia Gaja travelled to Shanghai to present some of their most outstanding wines including Barbaresco 1999, Langhe “Sperss” 1999 served as Magnum format and “Alteni di Brassica Sauvignon Blanc 2006.

 Chef Umberto Bombana also reached Shanghai to deliver an exceptional dinner Menu.
